Shipping & Delivery Policy

Most orders will be shipped within 24 hours from the time it is received. Keep in mind that our hours are 7:30AM to 5:30PM Monday through Friday. Orders placed on Friday may be shipped on Monday. You will be notified if additional time is required to ship your order. In some cases we have cores that need to be rebuilt before they can be shipped, normally they would still be shipped within 72 hours. All orders will be shipped using UPS.

Unfortunately we do not ship internationally. All orders must be generated from within the United States and billing and shipping information must match. We reserve the right to refuse any order.

We do not ship C.O.D.          

Return Policy

All returns must be pre-approved and will be subject to a 15% restocking fee. If the unit has been installed a cleanup fee may also be assessed. Any damages will be the purchaser’s responsibility. No returns will be accepted after 14 days from the ship date. Please call and make the necessary arrangements to have the product returned.

Accuracy of the Catalog

Although we do our best to ensure the accuracy of the catalog, there could be errors, therefore we cannot guarantee the accuracy of the catalog. Please make sure your model number matches. In some cases there could be more possibilities than what we have listed. If there are any discrepancies in pricing or application you will be notified before the unit is shipped.
